U2- Running to Stand Still- ZooTV Yankee Stadium

As I approached the boarding stairs of the big full-sizeU2  private jet airliner out on the tarmac at the Dublin airport, the late afternoon sun coming out of the clear blue Irish sky illuminated “Zooropa” emblazoned in red right behind the cockpit window. “This is surreal,” I thought to myself, having just landed from the trans-Atlantic flight from Dallas. Moments later we were cleared for take-off for the brief flight to Cork to see U2 from a stadium box with the Irish Prime Minister and Mayor of Cork. That night they performed “Running to Stand Still”, which at that moment served as my personal jetlagged theme song. We share this to mark the thirtieth anniversary of Zooropa. –Redbeard
